        • Built two Customer Service teams from scratch – one for FullContact Enterprise Business and the other for FullContact Apps Business (later rebranded as Contacts+)
        • Hired a new team with top customer support talent in India including former Amazon India employees
        • FullContact Enterprise support team scaled up to various accountabilities beyond day-to-day support like account provisioning, sales operations support, handling GDPR/CCPA privacy requests etc.

        • Led all internal/external facing service teams in India, primarily FullContact’s unique “Human-in-the-Loop (HIL)” services. In addition to the HIL team, led Software QA team for FullContact Consumer Applications and Customer Support team for both FullContact Enterprise clients and Contacts+ application.

Executive Manager – Data Research (Nov 2016 – Apr 2018)

        • Responsible for driving organizational transformation and process implementation as India office scaled up from a local startup to a global multi-country company post the acquisition of Profoundis by FullContact
        • Setup the internal Quality Assurance Team of the company

          €6,500,000. Single point of contact for business stakeholders. Interface to key suppliers, vendors, data center and infrastructure operations teams spread across Europe, North America, Brazil, Malaysia and India. Engaged with business stakeholders in budgeting and billing applications to various business units
        • Led a transformational project to streamline services that were not previously well managed in the IT Shared Services Department, resulting in revenue gain, better control and increase in service quality. Grew the team supporting the project and built relationships with internal and external stakeholders in multiple geographies

        • Simultaneously worked on business analysis team and project management team in a $8,000,000+ business transformational IT project for a multinational company manufacturing chemical products
        • Managed work and communication across four 25 member offshore software development teams; led meetings and discussions with different stakeholders to take quick decisions resulting in timely project completion and further business worth $280,000
        • Conceptualized and led implementation of an innovative solution to calculate the cost of 365,000+ products across 50 sites. Convinced client to move away from existing solution using persuasive presentations backed by data analysis; four million cost values were calculated in less than four hours, which was a critical factor for successful project go-live
